May Photos - Something I Made

Whatever glass beads I've made lately are always my current faves! This is a Memorial Bead I made last week for the parents of a dog name Wardena. It contains her cremains. The story of Wardena and the bead is on my Bead Blog.

Those are beautiful! Are you going to be part of the Pet Mall project? I think a lot of bloggers would be interested in your beautiufl Memorial Beads...Just sayin'...

You should meet Peggy because you're both people who live detail. Her art is her tray arrangements of her button collection.

I wonder where the name Wardena came from. Maybe Ward Cleaver was really married to Wardena Cleaver, but they changed it to June for the program....Idle minds fly in idle directions.

Ooh, I said live detail, and that's not far from the truth for her, but I meant love detail.

Snow, the detail of Wardena's name is in the other article I linked to:

In fact, that's how she got her name -- _________ was a captain and his troops called him "Warden" because he was strict. So.. they just tacked on an "a" for his little sidekick.
