It should be illegal for my computer to restart itself of it's own volition. I lose unsaved docs and open web pages ALL THE TIME.

I never had that problem-wonder if your computer is restarting automatically after auto-downloading updates?
Girl, get a Mac. I feel for ya.
Here, if you'll remember, the power flickers off and on occasionally, just long enough to make the computer reboot. Is that what's happening to you, do you think?

Janet, it is downloading updates but it should not be allowed to restart on it's own EVER!
