Bart (a/k/a) just LOVES to create a ruckus with the poor dogs that live where we park. They never get to go hiking with dogs! He does this EVERY DAY!
He barks and he jumps:

Oh he can see them. Their ground level is at the base of the metal railing... on top of the that stucco wall. They stick their noses out and bark at him too!
