*gasp* she left some chicken in there? Maybe they tasted like carrots and she doesn't like her food all mixed together. Perhaps they were overcooked? Next time try serving the carrots in a separate dish. A Noritake china dish. ;-)
Spot will eat carrots, but sometimes he spits out what he doesn't like onto the floor. I haven't even tried to give him any other vegetable. I laugh when I read that people give their dogs canned green beans or other vegetables-Spot would turn up his spoiled little nose and hold out for the meat.
Janet, She normally eats her carrots. I think these were a little too firm. She's just a weirdo some days....

Too funny! I feel the same way about cooked carrots, so I always give mine to Butch and Kadi. They seem to like them, and they'll line up and wait a looooong time to get lima beans.
Velvet-I can't believe they eat lima beans-I pick them out of my mixed vegetables and toss 'em-I hate them! But if I gave Spot some, he'd spit them out, too. Like mama, like dog!
